From Ueno Station, Take Keisei Line, and get off at 'horikiri syobu en'. Following the sign, walking downtown tokyo, you will find small iris park. Entrance is free.
This is historical iris park and it appears on many 'hanga'.
In the park, there are many kinds of irises, and the name is shown on the bottom of each irises.
You can enjoy beautiful Irises either in sun or in rain.
